In order to achieve greater progress with Indonesia, Daewoong Indonesia made a strategic movement to promote Indonesia as the base of medicines production center in the world and to realize this strategy, we are currently doing Academic Cooperation with several universities and Bandung Institute of Technology is one of them, in contribute to the education by providing scholarships for outstanding students at the ITB School of Pharmacy.
This 20,000 USD scholarship is awarded by Daewoong Foundation for ITB School of Pharmacy students. The allocation for this scholarship is 20 (twenty) students.
Through this active Open Collaboration between Daewoong and Universities, we expected to develop the experts whose ready to work and develop medicine products with excellent quality, and can also may contribute to the development of health sector and medicine industry in Indonesia.
The scholarhips are given by the representative of Daewoong Indonesia, Abraham Simon, S.H., LL.M. as a Legal Affairs Manager and Irma S.Si., Apt. as a Regulatory Affairs Manager witnessed by Dean of School of Pharmacy ITB, Prof.Dr. Daryono Hadi Tjahjono, M.Si., Apt. in the Granting Ceremony of Daewoong Scholarship ceremony which held on March 21st, 2018, at the Edukatorium, 4th floor, ITB School of Pharmacy, Bandung, West Java.
