Daewoong Pharmaceutical Company Indonesia (DPCI) is a Pharmaceutical Company engaged in various fields of health, including Aesthetic field. One of the aesthetic products marketed by DPCI is Danae Filler. Danae is the first filler generation in the world which combine monophasic and biphasic filler in 1 product. Danae has 3 variant products, namely Danae Original, Danae Line, and Danae Contour.

The Danae filler workshop and hands-on is a program organized by Daewoong Indonesia assisted by Daewoong Korea in collaboration with PT. Global Estetika Neotama (GEN) as a distributor of Danae product in Indonesia. The workshop program held on March, 25^th, 2019 was the second workshop program organized by DPCI-GEN. The second workshop program was attended by 23 aesthetic doctors from Jakarta, Surabaya, and Kalimantan. This workshop was divided into 4 groups and were held in different clinics, 3 clinics in `Gangnam area, and 1 clinic in Incheon area. Group A hands-on at Goeunmi Clinic, Incheon, Group B hands-on at Chaum Clinic, Gangnam, Group C hands-on at Dr. Miso Clinic, Gangnam, and Group D hands-on at CheongdamJuan Clinic, Gangnam.

Hands-on Danae group A was held in Goeunmi clinic, with dr. Kang Hyun Jong (Dermatologist) as a trainer. Group A consisted of 6 participant doctors, 1 volunteer, and 1 doctor from PT. GEN. Hands-on was done to volunteer on her forehead and temple area. Hands-on was carried by participant doctors and assisted and supervised directly by the doctor trainer, so that the result obtained by volunteer after hands-on were very good and looks natural.

Hands-on and workshop in group B was held in Chaum Clinic with dr. Jin Seok In (plastic surgeon) as trainer doctor. Group B consisted of 6 participant doctors, 1 volunteer, and 1 crew from PT. GEN. Hands-on went smoothly, and all participant doctors could do hands-on to another participant doctors. Explanation of materials from trainer was good and all of participant doctors in group B were satisfied.

Hands-on group C was held in Dr. Miso Clinic, Gangnam, with dr. Kim Min Sun (Dermatologist) as a trainer. Group C was consisted of 5 participant doctors and 1 doctor from PT. GEN. Hands-on works well and all of the participant doctors could do the hands on to the fellow doctors, it makes all of participant doctors were satisfied. In addition, the doctor trainer quite good at providing explanation regarding the injection technic to participant doctors.

Group D consisted of 5 participant doctors with dr. Choi Kyung Hi as a trainer. The workshop begins directly with hands-on to volunteer doctor, interspersed with explanation at the beginning and during the hands-on. The trainer doctors gave an explanation to the participant how to educate the patient for treatment that must be done based on patient need or conditions of patient. The volunteer doctors was treated in his tear trough area using Danae Original and combined with Danae Line (0.2cc) was injected in the area above the cheek. Smile line area was injected by participant doctors each for half part. All participant doctors had the opportunity to inject beven though only half face, but overall the participant doctors were satisfied with the DTD.

DAEWOONG INDONESIA on International SWAM 2018 (ISWAM 2018)

International SWAM (ISWAM) is an annual event organized by PT. Perdesti Global Medicom which was attended by doctors from all over Indonesia with doctor speaker from inside and overseas. ISWAM 2018 was held at Indonesian Convention and Exhibition (ICE) BSD City on December 7-9^th, 2018. This year is the third year of PT. Daewoong Pharmaceutical Company Indonesia (DPCI) participated in this event. In this event, DPCI promoted 2 kind of our brand skincare products, Esthemed and Easydew, in this event, DPCI can reach the total sales almost 50 million Rupiah.

Easydew is one of Daewoong’s brand skincare that has some products line, one of the product line is Easydew Daily Line. Easydew Daily has a concept of C-P-R-S, that is Cleansing (blue), Peeling (purple), Return (green), and sunscreen (orange). Each step is differentiated based on the color of the product.

Another brand of Daewoong skincare is Esthemed. Esthemed is a natural skincare with multivitamins, amino acid, and fruit extracts in this product. Esthemed has 3 product lines depending on customer needs, namely Esthemed C+ line for whitening and brightening, Esthemed Multi Vita Line for moisturizing, and Esthemed Hydra Line for hydrating.

PLENARY SESSION

In collaboration with PT. Mazta Farma, we invited Dermatologist from Spain, dr. Inigo de Felipe y Garate. Doctor fill the plenary session with the topic “Hyaluronic Acid Filler Side Effect, complications, and Quick Solution based on EBM, and Optimizing Full Face Rejuvenation”. In addition to filling out the plenary session, dr. Inigo also filled the DTD (Doctor to Doctor) session at Medisa Clinic, BSD City, with the topic “Newest Technique for Skin Rejuvenation using Perfecha Series”.

Hyangnam Factory

Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd has a number of strategically factory locations, each of which specializes in a variety of production lines, such as liquid suspension, injection depots, biological products, etc. One of Daewoong Factory in Korea is Hyangnam Factory, which has produced Botulinum-toxin, Nabota and Danae Filler.

Workshop programs and factory visit made by PT. Daewoong Pharmaceutical Company Indonesia (DPCI) in collaboration with PT. Global Estetika Neotama (PT. GEN) as a business partner for Danae Filler distribution. This programs last for 2 days, from November 22 ~ 23rd, 2018 with a schedule 1 day Nabota Plant Tour in Hyangnam and 1 day filled with with training and hands on activities at St. Mary’s Hospital Seoul.

The program was attended by 37 Aesthetic doctors from Jakarta and Surabaya. The aim of this program is in addition to being promotional and product introduction to doctors, also to provide information to doctors about the production process and facilities owned by Danae Manufacturing Plant.

DANAE WORKSHOP & TRAINING

: Training class situation

Danae workshop and training took a place at St. Mary’s Hospital Seoul, with total 37 participant doctors from Indonesia. This workshop was trained by 3 Korean Doctors, namely dr. Choi Won Woo, MD, PhD (Dermatologist from WELLS Clinic), dr. Seung Kook Lee, MD (Plastic Surgeon), and dr. Junyoung Choi, MD (Plastic Surgeon). Each doctor trainer presents about the upper, middle, and lower face.

TRAINING AND HANDS ON SESSION

The training was conducted in 3 sessions, the first session discussed about enlarged pore by dr. Choi Won Woo, MD, PhD, the second sessions discussed about forehead augmentation by dr. Seung Kook Lee, MD, and the third sessions discussed about nose reshaping by dr. Junyeong Choi, MD

After the presentation, each doctor trainer gave a live demo to each volunteer. Then followed by hands on conducted by participant doctors were accompanied by 2 doctors trainers, namely dr. Seung Kook Lee, MD, and dr. Junyoung Choi, MD.

The last session of the training and workshop was closed by giving certificate to each participant as a sign of appreciation from PT. Daewoong for their participation in this program.

The certification was represented by dr. Seung Kook Lee, MD to each participant doctor. Then it ended with a photo all trainees with the doctor trainer.

Product & Treatment Launching at Plaza Indonesia Beauty Week 2018

“Korea Beauty Salon and Products Business Opportunity”

Plaza Indonesia Beauty Week is an annual event held by Plaza Indonesia. Beauty Week gives beauty inspirations for the visitors through beauty market, beauty talk show, workshop, and other activities. In this event, Daewoong participated with Orly Miin who was attended by their Director, Mr. Kang Bong Ju in order to hold soft launching products of Easydew & Esthemed. (18/4)

The event was attended by Catherine Wilson as guest star and dr. Inneke Jane Hidajat, Sp.KK as a speaker in Beauty Talk that discusses EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) contained in Easydew products.

Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has succeeded in the development of EGF which has the same structure with human EGF by its innovative technology.

8th International SWAM 2017

Daewoong has participated in the International SWAM-Anti aging exhibition event in Indonesia for the 8th edition on 24-26 November 2017 at ICE, BSD City, Tangerang. The event organized by PERDAWERI organizations in Indonesia where the event held annually in order to upgrade doctor’s knowledge about aesthetic and medicine development. In this year, Daewoong participated in having a booth to promote and selling products. Daewoong expand market of aesthetic to sell more products not only filler product (DANAE). Daewoong start to promote cosmeuceutical product that containing EGF for home skin care or post-treatment skin care such as Easydew EX, Easydew Daily, and Esthemed which is manufactured by Daewoong from South Korea.

Not only having a booth, in the SWAM 2017, Daewoong has been working with one of the Indonesian Distributors to sell and distribute Perfectha. Mazta Farma is the company who help to promote and distribute Perfectha in Indonesia. At this year, in the SWAM’s event, Daewoong and Mazta had the opportunity to provide the Speaker who are experts for Perfectha’s product filler and participate in the symposium activities at the event. In addition to the symposium we support activities also, such as workshop / hands-on and dinner launching with several physicians as well as customers or physicians who is Perfectha’s users.
